Riverfront Station 802 Art Opening

Last night my husband and I were able to make it back to our home town of Topeka, KS to go to Riverfront Station 802's March First Friday event and was very impressed. I was displaying some of my artistic photography and a few of my paintings and jewelry items from my gift section, but there was lots of other artists on display.

Dragons made out of Leather, Porcelain Dolls, Chain Mail Jewelry, Clay work, and even paintings by a dog (Paw Prints) were just a few things you got to see. Jed Zeppelin, a local blue grass band, was rocking in the back gallery and made the new bar hopping all night.

Jeff Hisey (of Air Attitude) and Darrell Six (of Six Auto) have turned this gallery into the place to be in Topeka. If you are ever in the area, or even if you are looking for something unique and different to do, Riverfront Station 802 in the NOTO district is the place to go.

For Information on their events and First Friday Art Walks, like them on Facebook /RiverfrontStationArtBar. The Gallery is open Monday - Saturday from 9:30am to 5pm (or 6pm on Friday and Saturday) and is located at:
